If your goal is to lose weight, improve technique or just have fun this class is for you! Boxing can improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, muscular strength, stamina, coordination, and power.

Due to new regulations we are very happy to offer boxing under the following conditions:

  • Please come with your own boxing equipment and towel.
  • Groups of 20 from different households are allowed to gather. Please bring a partner with you or stick with the same partner throughout the session.
