A 40 minute, small group training session aimed at teaching your the fundamentals of weight lifting technique. This intimate class is meant to leave you feeling confident and comfortable. Learn how to use various pieces of equipment like barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells with proper form for the foundational exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, bent over rows, and much more.
